Holiday Pics Part 6 - Living Skies
One of the things I miss the most about living on the prairies is the living sky. I've heard Elkhart referred to "land of the dead skies" given its perma-cloud nature. I captured the sunset pictures the evening before we left Manitoba and the sunrise pictures the morning I left Hudson Bay - parting gifts.

Ah, yes, I miss the living skies too. These days it's pretty grey here too. And guess what?! Fresno had a tornado touch down yesterday! So I guess that is KINDA living skies...
