Thanks to my most wonderful roommate who gave me a flight for my birthday, I'll be flying out to Saskatchewan in one week for my turn to meet the newest member of the family. This is what Carrie stuck in my birthday card:
In addition to meeting Levi, this will also be the first time since 2001 that I will be able to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family (granted, one week late) and it will also be the first time in almost 3 years that my entire immediate family will be together.
Just one more reason to give thanks this weekend. Happy (Canadian) Thanksgiving!
