The end is near (aka surviving Systematic Theology)...

Anyone who's been around me this semester has probably picked up on the fact that Systematic Theology has not been my favorite of seminary courses. Two weeks ago I finished my 19-page major paper for the course. That was a major feat and worth 50% of my grade so I was incredibly relieved to be done with that.

Last week I had to write a much shorter paper critiquing an article in the Confession of Faith - here's a picture of me working on that assignment:


Carrie thought it would help if I tried to channel my inner John (this particular professor is known to wear bow ties).


It was painful but another assignment down.

All I have left is the exam scheduled for this Thursday. Carrie surprised me today with a care package to help me get through the next four days of studying for that final:

Now lets just hope I pass the final so that I don't have to go through all of this pain and suffering again next year :-)
